China does NOT follow conventional economic principles. No one expected China to survive export collapse a year ago. China not only survive but continued growing with almost no ill effect.
All predictions of Chinese collapse either economically or politically in the past 20 years were proven wrong. This new prediction will not be an exception. When the British empire collapsed, it was bankrupt. The US still has a long way to go before it get to that point. China, China has money coming out of its ears. Does that sound like bankrupt to you? Fund managers want to CREATE " interesting times" so they can benefit from them. It will not work this time.
